Hello Again!
Hello everyone! It has been awhile since I’ve posted.
I am recovering from a fractured femur.
I was hiking and took a spill…ambulance ride, ER, surgery, hospital stay and rehab, the whole show.
I am healing well and starting to get back into my normal routine, including the work I love.
If you are wanting a Session/Consult, please give me a call, 707-887-8485 or text me at 707-293-4133.
My computer is still not cooperating even after a few attempts for repair and a new hard drive. Ugh!!
Spring is blossoming beautifully. It is the season of fresh beginnings, and I am so grateful for the renewal.
Wishing you all a beautiful, blessed Spring season!
Au Revoir
The time has come to say ‘good-bye’ to the blog. ONLY the blog! Right now, during these difficult times, I am returning my full-time focus to providing telephone counseling. Please feel free to call and schedule an appointment – 707-887-8485.
I am so very appreciative of all of you who have supported this endeavor! A very special thanks to my “Web Mistress” for keeping me on my toes, choosing the amazing images that accompany the words and quotes, and filling in for me. It is her effort and expertise that has ensured the blog finding it’s way to you every week.
Much love and many blessings to you all…today, tomorrow and always!

Resolution 2022
Yes, it is that time of year; out with the old and in with the new. The time when we commit to swapping ‘old’ habits for ‘new’ habits; commit to losing the extra holiday pounds (or more); and a myriad of other changes we wish to make to enrich our lives in the coming year. Most of us have a list of resolutions; most of us fail to complete our commitments.
This year I invite you to focus on just one resolution. Create realistic strategies to help you reach your goal and don’t forget to build in rewards along the way. It is also vital that you create a plan that is compatible with who you are. So the first step in setting your goal is to realistically evaluate your strengths and weaknesses. Remember, change is a process, not an event!
Happy New Year to all!!
Laugh
This quote resonated with me. With inflation, COVID’s insistent mutating plague, missing family and friends, missing my Holiday norms for another year (and the future isn’t looking too promising at the moment), it made me chuckle. I hope it puts a smile on your face too.
“I believe that if life gives you lemons, you should make lemonade…And try to find someone whose life has given them vodka, and have a party.” ~Ron White
Blessings!!
